Domestic Syndicate
The ISA Domestic database contains data relating to domestic buildings and/or contents insurance for householders and homeowners. Reports are produced on a quarterly basis for syndicate members.
The Domestic Claim Type Report provides information on the number of claims, claim frequency, claim size and loss ratios over time.
The Domestic Trend Report is an interactive report which displays data for any selected combination of business indicator, claim type and zone.
The Domestic Postcode Report identifies trends in both average exposure and average claims cost per policy for all classes (except commercial property).
Trend Summary Graphs depict the trends in claim frequency and cost statistics by state and type of cover.
The Domestic Property Large Loss Report provides a comparison between the cost of large individual claims and the total incurred claim cost and premium income ISA members have received in a given period.
