Property Syndicate

Members who subscribe to the Property Syndicate receive a six monthly report which consists of a database and summary including data from 1 January 2002. There is an optional addition report on large losses. The information assists members in reviewing their own business in comparison to the whole industry, also with the option to drill down to the individual record level.

The Commercial Property Database consist of individual claims and policy records for both member company and industry which can be used for investigation at the micro level or allow members to create their own analyses.

The Commercial Property Summary is an interactive internet report which provides some useful tools for high level analysis via overall summaries and claim development tables. A member can view how their own data trends across a number of selected statistics compared to the industry.

The Commercial Property Large Loss Report is an interactive internet report providing tools, which breakdown large claim information. This breakdown is compared against the industry.
